Question by : Google analytic on wordpress?
Ok. I have my wordpress website, www.tacolord187.net
and i have a google analytics account. But i cant get it to work right. I dont want to add it to every page.
I have the plugin “Google Analytics for WordPress” By “Joost de Valk” installed but it isnt working. Google still says i have 0 views. But when i had a hit counter in general it was getting about 1500 a day. How can i get this working? A good plugin maybe? Thanks
By add it to every page i mean manually insert the code. I just want it to go into them all automatically.

Try the Google Analytics plug-in by Kevin Sylvestre. It works really well for my site.

Question by Sarah: Problem with Plugins For WordPress! Please help?
I downloaded a Twitter plugin for my wordpress blog, the instructions to install say-
Put the ‘twitter-tools’ directory into your wp-content/plugins/ directory.
How do I do that??? When I go to my plugin directory there is no tab to “add new plugin” or upload a new plugin. I am so confused. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

If you’re running a freebie on wordpress.com, you probably don’t have the ability to add new plugins.
On the other hand, you can tweet a post from wordpress.com – go to My Blogs and authorize the connection between Twitter and WordPress – and there’s a widget in most themes to show your tweets on the blog. So you may not need TwitterTools after all.

i just made a wordpress blog. I wanna install a new plugin but i just can’t find the word “plugin” in my dashboard. where can i find it? thank you

First, we need to assume you are using the WordPress self hosted installation. If you are using WordPress.com for a blog, you will not be able to install plugins. If you are in fact using self hosted WordPress that you installed on your domain, it will be in the usual place. Look under Apppearance section on the left side of the dashboard. It is in the same place as it was in previous versions.
