How is Qwest internet service in regards to downloading privacy?
Question by Django: How is Qwest internet service in regards to downloading privacy?
I’m wondering if anyone has had any experiences with Qwest in regards to downloading privacy? I’ve heard that Comcast actually monitors online activity and will send warning letters and e-mails regarding copyright infringements. Please spare me the lectures on illegal downloads as I do not participate in this activity and I would like info merely to help in making a choice for internet provider based on the providers respect of privacy.
Keep in mind that I am asking about an internet service provider, not a web-browser…

i dont prefer qwest because it tells you just like comcast when its something illegal.
I would go with Mozzilla Firefox or Internet Explorer

“the best” is a very hard question
personally I use http://www.visionhost.info and it works very well
