what is the best privacy eraser that is free and erases all cookies, streams and stuff like that. I would really like to know.

CCleaner. Small, fast, free and very good indeed. Unless you’re a freak or a spy, just leave it on one overwrite if you try it. When installing…uncheck everything apart from the recycle bin options. Right click the recycle bin to run CCleaner.

I’ve used WordPress but I know there’s LOTS of others like Joomla.. I want a CMS that is professional looking and can integrate security, forums, blog style in some manner, maybe some flash animations?

It really depends on your needs, such as number of users, amount of customization required, etc. It seems like you need something with a lot of plugins (forums, blogs, etc.) and an out-of-the-box solution (security) rather than from scratch…
If you have the web host support and the knowledge to implement it, I’d suggest going with RadientCMS which uses the Ruby on Rails platform. It would encompass all you need while being fast and secure.
However, if you have little or no programming experience, I’d suggest going with something like WordPress or CushyCMS.
