All in one SEO- seen a big increase ever since I started using this.
WWSGD- Magic disappearing “Please Subscribe” nag.
Microkids Related Posts- Manually add links to the posts you want.
Sociable- Adds Networking buttons to your posts where you want them.

I don’t know. However if you’re going to start your blog at your own domain with different pages, you need a web host providing wordpress.
One of these services is reachable at: http://bluehost-service.atspace.com . Their service is really great and easy to use.

I have a free version of wordpress, can I still install a plugin? There is not plugin section on my dashboard.

if you are using wordpress.com, then you can’t use plugins, but if you have downloaded wordpress to your computer and you are using it with a web host, then yes, it is plug-in friendly
